Only one nameserver
Check id: ns.single · fix effort: medium
What it means
Your entire domain rides on a single DNS server. Website, email, everything. If it goes down, so do you.
The technical detail
One NS host is a single point of failure. RFC 2182 recommends at least two on separate networks.
How to fix it
- Add at least one secondary nameserver (any serious DNS host provides 2–4 by default).
- Update the NS set at your registrar.
