The technical detail

A/AAAA records exist but TLS handshakes on 443 failed for apex and www. No listener, a firewall, or a broken TLS stack.

How to fix it

1. Confirm the web server is running and listening on 443.
2. Check firewall/security-group rules for port 443.
3. If the records point at a decommissioned server, remove them.
